Multi-apartment residential building "Shengen" residential complex

The project of a residential complex on Zaliznychna Street, 7 in Lviv, which includes five apartment buildings No. 5, No. 6, No. 8, No. 9 and No. 10. Within the framework of the project, we have developed all stages of design, except for architectural visualizations.
The architectural solution of the facades combines light planes, graphite volumes and yellow accents. The protrusions, recesses and different depths of the facades form a dynamic modern image of the complex.
The buildings are made of brick walls, monolithic reinforced concrete structures and insulated facades.
The territory provides for driveways, pedestrian connections, landscaping, children's and sports grounds and recreation areas.
