Semi-detached garden house in the village of Obroshino

The project involves a two-story semi-detached house for two families with a basement, two separate apartments, terraces and balconies. The architectural solution is formed taking into account comfortable living, functionality and a distinctive modern image.
The composition of the building combines the traditional form of a gable roof with modern geometric volumes. The facades are made in a combination of light decorative plaster and brown clinker tiles, complemented by dark metal elements and large areas of glazing, which provide natural lighting and a visual connection with the territory.
Terraces, balconies, landscaping, pedestrian paths and parking spaces are provided. The architecture of the house combines comfort, privacy and modern aesthetics in a single living space.
