Residential building in the village of Ryasne-Ruske

The project involves a two-story residential building with an attic level, an open terrace and a landscaped adjacent area. The planning structure is formed taking into account comfortable daily living and the logical interconnection of the main residential and auxiliary premises.
The architectural image of the house is based on simple geometry and an expressive gable roof. The facades combine light decoration, wooden vertical panels and large areas of glazing, creating a modern and at the same time restrained character of the building. A significant role is played by the panoramic glazing of the end part of the house, which ensures the openness of the interior to the garden and forms a distinctive accent of the composition.
The landscaping of the territory includes landscaping, pedestrian paths, an open terrace and a recreation area.
