Concept of the 2nd stage of the Shuvar wholesale market

Project of the 2nd stage of the wholesale market (Regional Agrarian Center) with administrative and residential premises on Khutorivka Street in Lviv. The three-story building is designed as a frame structure with retail, exhibition and administrative premises. The architectural image is formed by large areas of light cladding, dark inserts and a vertical green accent, which emphasizes the main entrance.
The facades are complemented by panoramic glazing, horizontal metal elements and advertising surfaces. The third floor includes exhibition halls, retail premises, an administrative area and an open terrace. The territory is complemented by a parking lot, driveways, pedestrian zones and landscaping.
