Aparthotel "FRANCO"
Polyanytsia village, Vyshnia street, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ukraine
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The project of the hotel and recreation complex "FRANCO" in the village of Polyanytsya, Vyshnya street, is designed as a modern resort complex in a mountain environment.
The architectural composition combines two buildings with expressive facades, terraces and large glazing areas. The main volume of the apart-hotel is made in a light neutral range with dark gray accents and graphic black balcony railings.
The central parts of the facades are emphasized by vertical wooden slats, which form accent compositions and add rhythm to the facade. Glass balcony railings and large windows ensure the openness of the rooms to the views.
The landscaping is complemented by landscaping, terraces, a swimming pool and recreation areas, which form a holistic resort environment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT
The concept of the complex is based on the formation of a holistic environment for long-term and short-term recreation, in which residential, public and recreational functions work as a single system. The planning structure provides for a clear separation of the main apart-hotel building and the recreational block, while ensuring a convenient connection between them. In total, the complex is designed for 75 apartments and includes about 5,147 m² of total area.
An important component of the concept was working with the natural relief of the site. The buildings are placed taking into account the difference in elevation, thanks to which the territory receives a multi-level organization without the need to completely level the existing slope. This approach allows you to form a consistent system of spaces - from the entrance and parking area to private and shared recreational areas. The project provides for pedestrian connections, recreational terraces, green areas and open areas integrated into the overall structure of the territory.
The functional content of the complex is designed for different scenarios of guests' stay. The apart-hotel forms a private residential part, while a separate recreational block concentrates public and service functions - a restaurant, SPA and premises related to recreation. The swimming pool and a system of terraces complement the recreational program and create the possibility of organizing various formats of recreation during the day. Thus, the concept involves not just placing hotel rooms in a natural environment, but creating a full-fledged resort space with its own infrastructure and various usage scenarios. Architecture, relief, landscaping and recreational functions are combined into a single system focused on a comfortable stay of guests and the fullest possible use of the natural features of the site.
