Residential building in the Kamyanka complex

The project involves a residential building with an attic level, a garage, open terraces and comprehensive landscaping of the surrounding area. The architectural solution combines the traditional form of a gable roof with modern facade plasticity, large glazing areas and a convenient connection of living spaces with outdoor recreation areas.
The facades are made in light plaster finish using dark elements, vertical wooden panels and metal parts. The roof is gable, with dark metal tiles and dormer windows.
The landscaping of the territory includes paving, landscaping, decorative lighting and equipped recreation areas. In the rear part of the site there is a terrace with a pergola, a swimming pool and a private recreation area.
