Office, retail and warehouse complex "FEKO"

The working project of the office-retail-warehouse complex "FEKO", which is divided into two functional sections. Section 1 is public, intended for office, retail, administrative and auxiliary premises, and section 2 is warehouse, for warehouse and technical premises. Functional zoning separates the public and warehouse parts, preserving their architectural integrity.

The facades are made in a modern restrained style with a combination of light plaster, dark gray metal surfaces, large glazing areas and decorative HPL panels. The accent is the vertical glazed part and the corporate design with the "FEKO" logo in orange. The warehouse part has an expressive metal facade with a horizontal rhythm of cladding and strip glazing.
