Residential building in the village of Modrychi

The project of an individual residential building provides for two main levels, a basement and an attic, an integrated garage, a balcony and an open terrace. The planning structure includes a kitchen, a living room, living rooms, an office, bathrooms and utility rooms, forming a comfortable living space.
The architectural solution combines the traditional form of a gable roof with the modern geometry of the facades. Light plaster is complemented by dark graphite elements and natural stone of the basement, and large window openings provide sufficient natural lighting and a connection with the territory.
The landscaping includes pedestrian and car paving, landscaping and organized areas near the house.
