Residential building and concept of landscaping in the village of Rokytne

The project envisages the formation of a residential area in the middle of a forest environment, uniting 10 individual residential plots. The territory is complemented by a system of common spaces and necessary infrastructure, which provides a comfortable and organized environment for residents. A utility area with security and an uninterrupted power supply system, a recreation area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and gazebos, as well as a private car wash are provided.
A two-story residential building with a winter garden, open and glazed terraces and a carport for a car is designed separately. The architectural solution combines natural stone decoration, large areas of glazing and green and burgundy accents, forming a modern image of the house, harmoniously integrated into the forest environment. The concept of the facades is based on a combination of natural images of the trunk, leaves and stone.
