Apartment building of the residential complex "Krakivskyi"

The project of the apartment complex is formed as an L-shaped volume of two two-section buildings of different storeys.
The architecture combines a light base of the facades with a dark basement, vertical accents and large areas of glazing. Balconies, open terraces and green areas in front of the building are provided. The first level houses public premises, and the underground level is designated for parking.
The facades are made with insulation and decorative finishing, the basement is with ceramic tiles under marble. The architectural solution is complemented by the rhythmic arrangement of windows, balconies and terraces, which forms an expressive modern image of the complex.
